This is the Second Filter on the BMB Zada Pro Ultra Filtration Kit, it is a water softener and GAC filter.
Two Stages of Filtration: Specially designed resin that will remove only the temporary hardness (scale forming and bad tasting minerals) such as calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate while keeping the good tasting minerals such as Calcium (Ca+2) and Magnesium (Mg+2).
The system incorporates a state of the art filter, easy Plug & Play components and Quick Change Filter Technology (QCFT) for low-cost maintenance.
