The RObust 3000 MAX reverse osmosis filter is the ideal water treatment solution for food and drinks preparations for businesses such as large restaurants, cafes and breweries.

The filter is able to remove contaminants that would otherwise cause limescale, streaking and other degradation. Diaphragm booster pump - RObust filters line have a built in pump bypass for easy pressure adjustment to match different inlet pressures.

The Ecosoft RObust 3000 Max has been designed to supply purified water to various equipment, such as ice makers, steamers, ovens, dishwashers, dispensers, and more. The most popular places for installation include restaurants, water production facilities, small breweries, car washes, and private homes

Performance:

Pre-filtration removes mechanical impurities, active chlorine, and natural organic substances.
The Membrane removes up to 99.8% of dissolved impurities.
Post-processing on activated carbon improves the taste and smell of the purified water.

A dry shutdown function ensures that the RObust Reverse Osmosis system will not operate if there is an issue with the water supply. Should the water pressure become too low, or the water supply is interrupted entirely, the shutdown function will turn off the valve and pumps. Even if the purified water tap is opened, the filter will not start until water supply and water pressure is restored to an efficient level.

To provide water of a high quality we recommend to change replacement filters every 3 months (or after 40,000 litres of water treatment).

1 At feed water TDS of 250 ppm and temperature of feed water of 25°, ±10%.

2 If pressure of water in your system does not meet requirement, install a pressure booster pump to raise it. If water pressure exceeds the upper limit, install a pressure regulator before the RObust.

3 Using the RObust with feed water temperature between +20 and +30° produces a lower rejection rate and higher flow rate, which yields higher TDS of purified water. Using the system with feed water above +30° is advised against.
