RObust 4000 is an innovative product designed to supply dishwashers in restaurants or similar areas that require an ultra-compact direct flow reverse osmosis filter without an additional tank and with the highest flowrate in the RObust filter range. Other applications include cafe and restaurant sinks and coffee machines, general water production, small breweries, laboratories, etc.

RObust 4000 has a stainless steel body that is designed in a general style with other restaurant equipment.

Key Features:

• Flow rate 180 liters per hour
• Made to run 20 hours per day
• Recovery rate 60-65% - filter is economical and
environmentally-friendly
• Built-in 2 L pressure tank
• Built-in pressure gauges indicating pump conditions
• CE marked and confirmed to be safe by EC New
Approach Directives

Filtration Stages:

• 5 micron PP sediment filter 2.5" × 10"
• GAC coconut shell carbon filter 2.5" × 10"
• Ecosoft membrane elements (2 pcs.) 3.0" x 12"

Diaphragm booster pump - RObust filters line have a built in pump bypass for easy pressure adjustment to match different inlet pressures.

Performance:

Pre-filtration removes mechanical impurities, active chlorine, and natural organic substances.
The Membrane removes up to 99.8% of dissolved impurities.
Post-processing on activated carbon improves the taste and smell of the purified water.

A dry shutdown function ensures that the RObust Reverse Osmosis system will not operate if there is an issue with the water supply. Should the water pressure become too low, or the water supply is interrupted entirely, the shutdown function will turn off the valve and pumps. Even if the purified water tap is opened, the filter will not start until water supply and water pressure is restored to an efficient level.

To provide water of a high quality we recommend to change replacement filters every 3 months (or after 40,000 litres of water treatment).
Membrane changed every 12 months (or after 80,000 litres of water treatment)
