Osmio HT+ Dental & Lab Direct Flow 400 GPD Reverse Osmosis System
Osmio HT+ Dental & Lab Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis System is a digitally controlled Direct Flow (no tank) 400 GPD Reverse Osmosis System with Smart Water capability that is specifically designed for dental and medical applications where deionized water is required. Direct flow has a much better performance with no tank maintenance, meaning much higher and more reliable water quality, easier maintenance and more hygienic.
Comes complete with tank, tap and fitting kit. The Osmio HT+ Dental & Lab Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis System is a digitally controlled reverse osmosis system with Smart Water capability that is specifically designed for dental and medical applications where deionized water is required. The system incorporates high quality filters, easy Plug & Play components and a digital controller which tracks filter lifetime as well as measure instantaneous water purity.
The Perfect Solution for Dental PracticesThe Osmio HT+ Dental & Lab Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis System is a clean and modern, leading technology Direct Flow (No tank) reverse osmosis system that will ensure your decon room operation is more sanitary, water is on demand, and much easier maintenance. A major benefit of Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis versus conventional tank-based reverse osmosis, is the huge level of water saved by Direct Flow, not to mention there is no need to sanitise the tank. Bacteria build up of tanks is a primary reason why many dental surgeries end up getting poor membrane performance, due to bacteria build up and membrane fouling, and end up using more DI resin as this is doing more heavy lifting because of poor membrane performance.
Benefits Ideal for autoclaves / sterilisers. Remove up to 99.99% of impurities from UK mains water
Under the counter commercial system that generates Deionized Water
Total of 5 filters, hygienically packaged. Meets HTM requirements and can deliver 0-3ppm, which is distilled quality
Smart Water - Analyzes water, tracks filter lifetime and optimizes system performance
Saves over 30,000 litres per year of water, a huge saving for any Dental Practice, Laboratory or School
Small footprint / Easy installation, standing model - no mounting to walls required
!!<
6 month filter lifetime (first four filters) / deionized filter lifetime variable
Full support provided by experienced professionals
The Osmio HT+ Dental & Lab Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis System uses 400 GPD Direct Flow Reverse Osmosis Membrane to provide a freshly purified on demand flow (approximately 1LPM at 3 bar incoming pressure).
Filter Stages;Stage 1 - Sediment Pre-Filter: For the removal of sediments, dirt, sand and rust.
Stage 2 - Carbon Block Pre-Filter: removes chlorine and organic chemicals that contribute to bad taste and odours.
Stage 3 - GAC Pre-Filter: a bed of granular activated carbon that absorbs chlorine and organic chemicals to improve taste and odour.
Stage 4 - Membrane: Reverse Osmosis membranes are semi-permeable removing upto 99% of contaminants present in water including viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, fluoride, silica and salts.
Stage 5 - DI Resin Post Filter: a colour changing mixed bed resin reduces Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and designed as a final polisher for the production of pure water
Filter ParameterBacteria, E-coli, Chlorine, Sediments, Nitrates, Fluoride, Limescale, Dissolved Solids (TDS), Hormones, Pharmaceuticals, Heavy Metals

Smart Water CapabilitiesThe system also comes equipped with a digital controller with Smart Water capabilities. HT+ continuously analyses the purified water and displays the results on screen. The system will know when water is consumed and immediately reverse flush the membrane filters afterwards to protect water quality. The Smart Water System does many things in the background such as track water temperature, errors and filter lifetime in order to give the highest up-time possible while delivering the best experience. With the push of a button or by looking at the bar graph on the display, the user will know exactly how many days are left until the next filter change. The system will also create a sound alarm when it is time to change the filters and even cut the water flow if it is surpassed significantly.
After the reverse osmosis process, the HT+ is equipped with a mixed bed filter which purifies the water down to deionized levels. The mixed bed filter will change colour when it is time to change it, additionally, the digital controller can be set to cut water when filter lifetime is achieved in order to not damage the autoclave sterilisers.
The Osmio HT+ DI is specifically designed to generate DI water for many applications including pharmaceutical, detergent, dental and medical.
Installation Precautions⚠ This, and any other pressurised system connected to the water mains, or pumped from a tank or gravity fed, should be protected as appropriate from leaks. It is necessary to ensure that the property where this system will be installed has controlled pressure regulation using a Pressure Reducing Valve to ensure the maximum pressure cannot go above the specified parameters.
⚠ You are also advised to use a leak detector, such that if any leak is detected, the supply to the system will shut off and not cause damage due to water leaking to the property. This is especially important as water pressure can rise on the evenings and weekends to over double what you measure in the daytime.
⚠ Please use clean vinyl gloves when handling the filters and touching them. This is to avoid any bacterial contamination from your hands to the filters which can then multiply and cause a bad smell in the system.
